Sales Representative

The role is to sell residential electricity contracts by phone, supporting households via outbound and inbound calls from the Helsinki office and the remote team. Responsibilities include prospecting new customers, assessing the customer’s current situation, presenting suitable solutions, finalising contracts and documenting them in systems, coordinating sales contests, monitoring personal performance, and maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset. We offer fair commissions paid twice a month, easy-to-sell products and services, the option to work from the Malmi office or remotely, team and supervisor support, a clear contractor agreement, and results-based bonuses. Requirements include previous sales experience (telephone sales, energy sector or similar advantageous), clear and convincing communication, initiative and accountability, goal-oriented and persistent work ethic, and a willingness to learn and develop.
