TARJOILIJA – KABINETTITARJOILUT

We are looking for an experienced waiter for Caverna Kaivopiha in central Helsinki, with primary responsibility for cabinet service. We seek a person who already has experience in cabinet service, corporate events, and celebrations. The role emphasizes professional service, situational awareness, and the ability to manage the event independently from start to finish. Tasks include preparing cabinets and corporate events before guests arrive, serving drinks in cabinets, timely handling of beverages, wines, and other service, actively attending to guests throughout the event, monitoring the flow of the event and coordinating with the kitchen, keeping cabinets clean and organized, and, if needed, working also in the dining hall. Requirements: prior experience as a waiter – cabinet service experience is considered highly important; good service attitude and a professional work ethic; ability to work independently and anticipate guests’ needs; good Finnish and English language skills; wine service experience; flexibility with working hours as events are mainly in the evenings and on weekends. We want a person who can take the event in hand, attend to guests, and ensure smooth service throughout the visit.
