The role involves supporting clients’ functioning and contributing to a smooth assistive device services chain. You will handle a variety of customer and service tasks in the loan center for assistive devices, be responsible for day-to-day operations and customer service, and manage contacts with customers and partner entities. Responsibilities include selecting assistive devices for clients, lending, user instruction, guidance, and follow-up. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to implement assistive device services, adhering to current laws and national provisions for assistive devices. The work location is Lohjan keskustan health centre, Ojamonkatu 36, 08100 Lohja, Finland. The position is permanent, starting 1 October 2026 or by agreement. Education requirement: Licensed physiotherapist degree. We require good customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and excellent Finnish language skills (both spoken and written). Other languages are an advantage. Interest in assistive device services and supporting client functioning is expected. You work proactively and solution-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team, with systematic and meticulous work methods and the ability to manage several tasks concurrently. A random drug test following the West Uusimaa wellbeing district may be requested for those selected. Experience in assistive devices or lent devices is valued, as well as knowledge of national provisions for assistive devices. Experience assessing client functioning, guiding use of devices and providing advice is valued. Flexible and cooperative approach and willingness to develop own skills and service quality are appreciated.
