Construction Supervisor

Etsimme vastaavaa työnjohtajaa Ouluun! We are seeking a capable Construction Supervisor for a customer project in Oulu. The position requires a university-degree in a relevant field and solid experience leading demanding or exceptionally demanding construction projects. The person must hold the exceptionally demanding Construction Supervisor qualification; having a valid qualification from FISE is an advantage. If you do not yet hold the qualification, your education and work experience must meet the requirements for obtaining it before you start. Responsibilities include on-site daily leadership, scheduling, and monitoring of quality, costs and safety. You will coordinate project phases, cooperate with subcontractors and other stakeholders, manage required documentation, and perform other statutory tasks of a site supervisor. The selected candidate will be employed permanently by the client company. Salary will be agreed based on experience and skills, and start date will be by agreement.
