Lead QA Engineer in the S-Pankki quality assurance team, playing a central role in developing data testing. You will participate in hands-on testing, coach the team, and develop testing practices with the rest of the QA organization. You will be responsible for different stages of quality assurance, with a focus on during-development data testing. The role involves collaborating with developers, product owners, business stakeholders and external vendors, and adopting new technologies and data platforms as part of future data solutions. The position is permanent, full-time, based at the S-Pankki headquarters in Vallila, Helsinki, with a hybrid work model inside Finland, about two days per week in the office. Requirements include strong experience in data testing, understanding modern QA principles, multi-vendor environments, ability to design and advance testing practices, SQL/SAS for data work, XML/JSON structures, cloud environments (Azure), integration technologies (REST, Kafka), familiarity with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric at least at a basic level, and ability to build and maintain test automation (Robot Framework or Playwright). Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset; ability to work with diverse stakeholders; experience in financial regulatory environments is a plus; fluent in Finnish and English.
