Sales Team Lead

Eventilla Oy is an Oulu-based software company that develops event and training management software. We help organizations manage registrations, communications, payments, reporting and participant data in one system. The company has grown to a 15-person expert team and serves both domestic and international clients. We are looking for new key people to grow with us. We are building the next growth phase with ambition and pragmatism. We are hiring a Sales Team Lead in Oulu to lead a four-person sales team and shape what future customer-focused B2B sales will look like. This is more than a leadership role; the company’s tech development is fast and AI capabilities are already used in marketing and sales. You will implement and leverage AI capabilities with our AI developers to accelerate the sales cycle. AI + People: we believe AI and automation free time for genuine customer-facing interactions. Responsibilities include: combining strategic development with hands-on work, acting as a player-coach, driving sales and customer development from prospecting to closing, leading the team and ensuring everyone has the tools to succeed, implementing processes and tools, leveraging AI-assisted automation, and driving international expansion. Requirements include: proven track record in B2B sales from prospecting to closing, technical curiosity about AI and digital tools, willingness to try new approaches, ability to build trust inside the team and with customers, and fluency in Finnish and English. We offer a permanent full-time role in a stable but agile growth company with low hierarchy and strong technical competence.
