The role involves hosting small groups of up to four children, offering a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting children’s development with activities planned within a flexible framework. The position is embedded in a franchising model within the Kultapalat network; no prior business experience is required, only a passion for early childhood education and good rapport with both children and adults. The package includes a ready-to-run concept, onboarding assistance, ongoing support, and community within the Kultapalat family. Requirements include daycare experience, suitable education or willingness to study alongside work, a safe home, clean background check and good credit information, and strong interpersonal and cooking skills. We offer collaboration, mentorship, and a pathway to a higher income through autonomous day-to-day planning and meaningful work with children. Compensation is described as an average of around €3400 per month with four children in the home and seven weeks of vacation per year.
