Job Description
You will be responsible for the daily tasks, leadership, and development of the change management and service guidance team, including monitoring metrics, resource planning, process ownership, and continuous improvement to support seamless production, customer experience, and effective teamwork. You will collaborate actively with stakeholders including customers, service production, project management, and service management. The role reports to the Service Management Office leader. The salary range is 4400-5000€/month, with flexible remote work options and occasional travel within Finland. The position requires relevant higher education or equivalent experience, leadership experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication skills in Finnish and English. Responsibilities
- Supervising the change management and service guidance team, including monitoring metrics and resource planning
- Owning and developing change management and service guidance processes, ensuring team progress and operational profitability
- Continuous development of team functions to support seamless production, customer experience, and effective teamwork
- Active stakeholder collaboration with customers, service production, project management, and service management
- Reporting to the Service Management Office unit leader
Requirements
- A relevant higher education or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership experience, either in managerial roles or as a supervisor
- Strong ITIL process knowledge, especially change management
- Ability to understand financial and operational metrics and lead based on them
- Strong process and development skills
- Active self-development
- Excellent communication, interaction, and interpersonal skills in Finnish and English
- ITIL certifications and ServiceNow knowledge are advantageous
