Our aim is to be one of the most sought-after workplaces in the field and a trusted partner. We are now looking for a Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects. As a Project Manager you have the overall responsibility for organizing and leading electrical projects. You are responsible for planning, resourcing, cost tracking and customer cooperation and ensure that projects progress safely, with high quality and profitability up to a successful handover. You will influence both project success and building long-term customer relationships. The role involves hands-on project management. You will closely collaborate with customers, installers, designers, production manager and other stakeholders. You are actively on-site, monitoring progress and ensuring implementation matches plans and customer expectations. You know your sites, your team and your customers. Main duties include: procurement preparation and organization, scheduling and cost tracking, approving working hours, matching and approving purchase invoices, site visits and participation in site meetings and briefings, and acting as supervisor for installers. Requirements include suitable education (e.g. electrical engineer or other technical education), experience in electrical project management and a proven track record in contracting for at least 2 years, a positive attitude and willingness to develop, ability to communicate fluently with customers and contractors, ability to work in a team and independently, flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
