About the role

Lead and supervise a group of children (ages 15-18) in various activities such as guided play and sports, outdoor time, crafts, homework help, and snack sessions. Support the child and foster social skills. Plan and develop activities with other instructors. Required: proficiency in Finnish, proactive and energetic approach, good interpersonal skills, ability to manage and guide a child group. Suitable qualification example: morning and afternoon activity supervisor, practical nurse, social educator, youth and leisure supervisor. We offer an interesting, dynamic role with a supportive work environment, professional onboarding, and opportunities to contribute to activity planning by leveraging your strengths and expertise. The position is permanent and part-time with mostly Mon-Fri 12:00–17:00 shifts. Salary follows the TES for Private Social Services. Successful applicant will provide a required background check for working with children. We can fill the position as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
