As a Machine Learning Engineer at Reaktor, your job is to turn proof of concepts and ideas into production-grade AI services, help your team succeed, and deliver results. Your daily tasks include: Working with client tech/business teams to pick technologies, delivering client and team according to project needs, building, deploying, maintaining ML models for production reliability, creating architectures for continuous data gathering for ML training, building interfaces for delivering results to end users, other software development tasks, and designing scalable ML architectures. Requirements: Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models; 3+ years often; experience with ML tools; understanding of ML techniques; IaC practices; cloud development; strong programming (Python); SQL; strong problem solving and communication; English and Finnish preferable.
