Land Use Director

We are seeking a land use director to lead a expert service area responsible for the city’s land use planning, zoning, parcel development, land ownership management, cadastral formation, geospatial data and customer service in the field. The role reports directly to the Director of Vitality and will be central in advancing the city’s strategic goals, sustainable growth and a smooth urban environment. Eligibility requires a university-level Master’s degree. You will succeed if you have experience in land-use services and supervision and an understanding of municipal administration, financial and HR administration and the applicable legislation. We value forward-looking and solution-oriented leadership, decision-making ability and the ability to build good cooperation with various stakeholders. The job salary is 5293.75 €/month. In addition you may receive a salary supplement under the collective agreement based on work experience. We also pay personal supplements to all employees whose service has lasted more than six months. The position is filled conditionally until the selected person provides proof of health. The trial period is six months if the terms of the collective agreement are met.
