We are seeking someone with energy, ambition, and a desire to become a really good salesperson. Our clients often make large decisions about their homes. Therefore, in this role, the most important thing is not aggressive sales but the ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and find solutions that look good and last for years. The work involves customer meetings in clients' homes, designing and selling terrace and balcony glass solutions, measurements and preparing quotes, customer acquisition, and managing projects to completion. You do not need experience in this field. You might be a good fit if you are social and approachable, want to learn sales properly, are not afraid of targets, want a job where your efforts directly impact your salary, and have a driving license and a car available. We offer training, an encouraging and energetic team, the opportunity to earn €35,000–70,000 or more per year, no commission cap, and the chance to grow into a larger role quickly. Interested?
