We are currently seeking part-time workers for a variety of roles during the busy Christmas and winter season at Snowhotel Family locations in Napapiiri and Lehtojärvi. We offer positions that fit your interests and skills, suitable alongside studies or another job, in cafe work, waitering, information desk tasks, dishwashing, and cleaning. Prior experience in similar roles is welcome but not required; we will train you for the job. Snowhotel Family is a family business offering unique experiences in snow and ice, located in Lehtojärvi and Joulupukin Pajakylä, with Arctic Snow Hotel & Glass Igloos and restaurants, providing a memorable night’s stay under the northern lights. Snowman World in Pajakylä offers a winter play area built from snow and ice for the whole family. Piparinat also has cozy gingerbread cottages and a restaurant serving authentic Lapland flavors. Work is available both on weekdays and weekends, with shifts arranged with your future supervisor. There is a particular need during holidays like Christmas and New Year. The season runs from November 2026 to early 2027 for winter, ending around Epiphany, with Christmas and winter seasons extending to March–April 2027. Snowman World and Piparina are located in Joulupukin Pajakylä and Arctic Snow Hotel & Glass Igloos in Lehtojärvi, about a 30-minute drive from the city center.
