Customer Service Representative

Autokave is a full-service multi-brand workshop in Lammi, offering customers comprehensive service under one roof. The shop maintains and inspects cars, sources parts, and provides car wash and waxing along with a wide range of tires and accessories. Responsibilities include serving customers arriving for service or inspections, handling customer calls and emails, sourcing spare parts, and making appointments. As the contract progresses, duties will include invoicing maintenance and recording quotes. The position is permanent with a negotiable weekly hours between 20–40, weekday shifts.
