Industrial Assembly Supervisor

As an industrial assembly supervisor, you will oversee installation work within your responsibility area, coordinate subcontractors performing installation tasks, monitor progress and provide technical guidance. You will ensure prerequisites for the job are met, materials are available at worksites, and safety is observed. The role includes interpreting task descriptions for the network and communicating change work with the design department, participating in progress reviews, and reporting to the area manager. A suitable AMK vocational degree or other appropriate qualification is required, and experience in installation work in shipyard and vessel environments is valued. You should be proactive, collaborative, and able to work with internal and external networks. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required. The role does not include administrative supervisions.
