Child day care worker

Job description available in Finnish and English translation reflects the role of a child daycare worker providing safe, engaging daily routines and learning support for children. The employee participates in planning and evaluating high-quality early childhood education, works in small groups and full-day pedagogy, is responsible for their own small group and participates in pedagogical documentation and the preparation of the child’s early childhood education plans with the team. Ensures the learning environment is diverse, safe and clean. Builds trust and open interaction with families, creating a positive emotional atmosphere in every encounter. We offer salary for full-time positions between 2449.58 and 2749.79 EUR/month, final pay depending on experience and any task or personal pay supplements.
