Shift Supervisor

Vuoromestari at Radisson Blu Hotel Oulu leads daily kitchen operations within the shift, coordinates the team, ensures proper task distribution and collaborates closely with dining room staff. The role focuses on organizing, responsibility and maintaining high-quality kitchen operations. Main responsibilities include the restaurant lunch service and meetings products, with participation in à la carte as needed. Requirements include ability to lead a shift independently and goal-oriented, good interpersonal skills, flexibility, resilience in varying situations, commitment to quality, several years of kitchen experience and prior supervisory experience, and good Finnish language skills.
