We are looking for a part-time helper to assist our friendly client in Pieksämäki. Visits are three times a week on weekdays. What is required from a Helpper? Helpers do not need experience or a qualification in the social and health sector. The important thing is your desire to help and your cheerful attitude. The work can be done on your own terms, and hours are very flexible. Anyone over 18 can work as a Helpper, from students to retirees. The most important thing is that you want to spend time with older people and make their daily life better with your own actions. The best thing about being a Helpper? The responders said: “The unhurried interaction and friendship with the senior.” “Helping others and the sense of meaning.” “Providing holistic support to the senior's needs.” As a Helpper you get: a dedicated elderly person to help with daily tasks and keep company. Flexible hours that suit, for example, studies or extra work. Typical hours: 2–10 hours/week. Competitive pay: 13.20–15.98 €/h plus collective agreement allowances and holiday pay.
