- Design realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios grounded in Indian contexts
- Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks
- Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism
- Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations
Requirements
- Native-level Odia with strong professional English proficiency
- 5+ years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations
- Background in one or more relevant roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations
