Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue is seeking a REGISTERED NURSE for a permanent position starting 14 September 2026 or by agreement. The role is primarily based at Rosenkulla in Lovisa, a small 24/7 residential care unit with 14 long-term places and 6 short-term places. Residents are older adults with various chronic conditions who require around-the-clock care. We value the ability to provide residents with a person-centered, good daily life while respecting individual needs and preferences. Experience with elderly care is welcome but not required; you could be our new rising professional in nursing. We also value flexibility, responsible attitude, teamwork, and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. We offer a pleasant team and thorough orientation. We focus on work well-being and safety. Occupational health services are provided by Mehiläinen. Eligibility requires a nursing degree from a university of applied sciences or an equivalent diploma with licensure under the Health Care Professionals Act. Proficiency in both Swedish and Finnish is desired. Employment terms follow the Social and Health Sector Collective Agreement. The job is mostly daytime work. The job-specific salary is 3103.57 EUR per month. A six-month trial period applies. Vaccination protection under the Communicable Diseases Act and tuberculosis screening under the same act are required. Selected candidate must present a criminal background check as required by the Act on Supervising Social Welfare and Health Care.
