They focus on driving Role and Responsibilities: Our client is seeking consultative Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising support for the same direct-to-consumer (DTC) client. The engagement will provide ongoing optimization recommendations and strategic guidance to complement the internal media team's efforts. Key responsibilities include: Review current Meta Ads performance and provide clear, actionable DTC optimization recommendations. Advise on campaign structure, audience strategy (including lookalikes and retargeting), and creative testing approaches. Identify opportunities to improve ROAS, CAC, and overall efficiency on Meta. Support the internal PPC/media lead with ongoing recommendations and best-practice guidance. Deliver concise weekly insights and suggested next steps. Maintain awareness of attribution and tracking considerations relevant to Meta performance. Job Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) experience, ideally with DTC or e-commerce brands. Proven ability to deliver optimization recommendations that improve ROAS, CPA/CAC, and efficiency. Strong understanding of Meta campaign architecture, audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, and attribution challenges. Comfortable operating in a consultative capacity — advising an internal team rather than fully owning day-to-day execution. Clear, concise communicator who can turn performance data into practical recommendations. Available to start ASAP: approximately 10 hours in the first week, then 5 hours per week ongoing (minimum one month, with potential to extend through year-end). US or Canada based preferred. Meta Blueprint certification is a plus. Experience working alongside agency or in-house media teams is advantageous.
