Production Operator

Our production line is growing rapidly, and we are now seeking several PRODUCTION OPERATORS to our expanding team. In this role you will work with varied and physical production tasks that require accuracy and responsibility. Key responsibilities include preparatory tasks in production such as handling raw materials and various steps in the explosive materials production process; tasks can vary depending on customer orders and product range; duties also include production maintenance, keeping the workspace clean and reporting production data. We expect a safety-first mindset and attitude; systematic and careful and responsible working style; good physical condition and good cooperation and communication skills; prior work experience supporting the task; willingness for shift work; proficiency in Finnish or Swedish; travel readiness is an asset.
