Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance, low-latency backend services using Java and AWS technologies
- Collaborate with product management, frontend, and QA teams to define technical requirements and ensure smooth integration
- Optimize and enhance existing services to achieve maximum performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the system
- Implement CI/CD pipelines
- Proactively monitor health and performance of backend services
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of backend software development experience with Java and AWS
- Strong experience building and operating low latency, high scale services in distributed environments
- Proficient in Java and its ecosystem
- Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Clickhouse
- RESTful API design, security best practices
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
