As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the operations at Lepaa campus that support the smooth daily life of students, staff, and partners, at the interface between campus services, operations, and teaching. Your duties include customer service and information tasks at the campus information desk, tasks related to short- and long-term room reservations and rentals, and administrative support for trainings. The role involves producing written documents, using booking systems, handling electronic rental agreements, so success requires fluent use of digital tools and effective utilisation, as well as ongoing development of operations and services. A flexible service-oriented approach, good organizational skills, initiative, and strong cooperation and communication skills are expected. Proficiency in Finnish and English and good ability to use digital tools are also required. We value experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative assistant tasks and the willingness to develop processes as part of the team.
