Firestop Installer

We are looking for an employee who can perform firestop installations and renovation demolition work at our ongoing sites in Oulu. The position is project-based, but there may be opportunities for longer-term employment. As a firestop installer, you will work independently on-site according to provided instructions. The job includes installing common types of firestops and documenting the work. Firestops are made from Hiltin materials. We will teach you to use firestop design software, photograph, and document the installed firestops in our electronic system. Firestop installation is not available full-time. We also perform renovation demolition, where manual demolition tasks include light structural work such as drywall partitions, suspended ceilings, HVAC systems, and mechanical grinding of stone surfaces. Machine operator tasks involve driving excavators, mini-excavators, or small wheel loaders under 2 tons. A suitable candidate is a versatile worker comfortable with a variety of tasks. We expect from you: - Independent attitude towards work - Finnish language skills - Good physical condition - Valid occupational safety card - A hot work permit is not mandatory but helpful - A driver’s license and own car are not mandatory but advantageous.
