Responsibilities
- Assist Norwegian-speaking PayPal users with account or transaction questions
- Handle customer inquiries with clarity, patience and problem-solving
- Treat all customer information with care
- Communicate across different channels (phone, chat, email, video)
- Share ideas and solutions with your team
- Bring positive energy and help keep customers happy
- Enjoy life in Greece (this one is mandatory!)
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian
- Good English skills
- A socially confident, solution-oriented attitude
- Tech awareness and the ability to multitask
- A willingness to learn, grow and take ownership
- Curiosity + an adventurous mindset (yes, the Mediterranean counts as an adventure)
