Vivicta is on a growth path and we are therefore strengthening our strategic sales team with several junior to senior sales executives to work on the Vivictas largest and most strategic sales opportunities. We believe you have a strong deal-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for high-value deal-making and experience in targeting large, complex deals. For the more senior role, we believe you are comfortable engaging with executives and capable of shaping substantial deals at C-suite level. You will report to Head of Strategic Sales. When you join Vivicta as a Sales Executive The role will , depending on seniority level , either lead or support in accelerating large IT outsourcing deals, key is showcasing ability and willingness to sell complex and large deals and have a winning mindset. Experience from mergers & acquisitions, alongside the capability to explore joint venture opportunities or carve out opportunities is seen as beneficial. Key responsibilites ▪ Lead and /or support the sales work on Vivictas largest and most strategic opportunities to drive growth. ▪ C ollaborating with cross-functional teams within Vivicta to deliver the best solution and offerings to our clients. ▪ Drive deal shaping, establish and follow through on win-strategies, stakeholder mapping and team composition , and ensure high response quality to clients . ▪ Lead and/or support together with Legal on contract negotiations. ▪ Lead and/ or support internal communications and approvals required for the deal opportunity (often up to Vivictas global leadership team). ▪ Maintain a sharp focus on high-value deal-making in a dynamic organizational environment. A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to work effectively with senior leadership both internally and directly with Vivictas most important clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics , Law or Computer Science or related field 1- 10 + years of experience of working in Management or IT Consulting industry preferably as sales or customer executive or similar roles . Experiences from Procurement, Corporate banking or experiences from complex sales in large corporations are also considered Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Fluent in English and preferably but mandatory, one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish) Nice to have: Experience from RFI/RFP processes Commercial savvy (understanding of P&L and balance sheet structures, pricing models etc) Experience from Merger & Acquisitions, joint ventures or carve outs. Knowledge and understanding of IT consulting industry Knowledg eable of Application and infrastructure outsourcing Familiarity with AI Exposure to Agile methodologies Experience from large transformation programs Ability to travel and overtime work, will be required from time to time.
