ERP Project Manager

ERP project manager responsible for the end-to-end management of a significant ERP system renewal in a manufacturing company. Lead the migration from the current ERP system to a new solution that best fits the company needs, plan and schedule the project, manage resources and risks, map and optimize current business processes, and ensure data migration is secure and accurate. Define and prioritize new features supporting manufacturing needs such as production planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, quality, traceability, and reporting. Ensure smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders, ERP supplier, and external experts. Oversee high-quality delivery, testing, user training, and organizational change management. Requirements include strong ERP project leadership experience in manufacturing, experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Infor, NetSuite or similar), deep understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent project management skills (certification considered a strength), and fluency in Finnish and English.
