Enersense Engineering is looking for experienced Construction Project Planners to join growing project teams supporting major client projects across Finland. With new projects kicking off after the summer, this is a great opportunity to step into high-impact roles where your planning expertise can make a difference. As a Construction Project Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale technical construction projects. You will work closely with project teams, clients and other stakeholders to keep everything on track from early planning through to commissioning. Main tasks and responsibilities: * Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving detailed project schedules and planning processes * Preparing schedule plans to support tender and bid submissions * Monitoring project progress and delivering clear, insightful progress reports to management * Taking ownership of assigned projects and driving planning excellence throughout the project lifecycle * Supporting client account management and contributing to long-term client relationships * Coordinating and updating schedules across pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases * Defining resource requirements based on project timelines and scope * Identifying schedule deviations and developing practical corrective actions * Representing planning and scheduling in client and subcontractor meetings * Supporting other projects as part of a collaborative project delivery team Requirements: * Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field * Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 * Background in large-scale technical construction projects (e.g. infrastructure, oil & gas, data centres) * Strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, and planning principles * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams * Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments * Strong English language skills We follow pay transparency principles, and the salary level and the criteria used to determine it will be communicated to candidates before the interview. Responsibilities
- Kehittää, ylläpitää ja jatkuvasti parantaa yksityiskohtaisia projektiaikatauluja ja suunnitteluprosesseja
- Valmistella aikataulusuunnitelmia tarjous- ja kilpailutusprosesseja varten
- Seurata projektin edistymistä ja tuottaa selkeitä, analysoituja tilanneraportteja johdolle
- Vastata nimetyistä projekteista ja edistää suunnittelun laatua koko projektin elinkaaren ajan
- Tukea asiakkuudenhallintaa ja osallistua pitkäaikaisten asiakassuhteiden kehittämiseen
- Koordinoida ja päivittää aikatauluja esisuunnittelun, rakentamisen ja käyttöönoton vaiheissa
- Määrittää resurssitarpeet projektin aikataulujen ja laajuuden perusteella
- Tunnistaa aikataulupoikkeamat ja suunnitella käytännön korjaavat toimenpiteet
- Edustaa suunnittelua ja aikataulutusta asiakas- ja alihankkijapalavereissa
- Osallistua muihin projekteihin osana yhteistyöhön perustuvaa projektitoimitustiimiä
Requirements
