Job Details
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture functions including Recruitment, People Operations, and People Analytics, as well as cross-functional teams and C-level stakeholders, to drive strategic projects and business impact.
- Leverage AI tools to redesign workflows, improve operational efficiency, and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Drive AI-enabled operational excellence by optimizing ways of working, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and continuously improving People operations.
- Analyze people data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership while tracking People KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work directly with the Head of People & Culture and senior leadership on strategic People initiatives that support Insider One's growth.
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives across organizational design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness while supporting global mobility and cross-country People operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Strategy, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Business Analytics, Strategy, or related fields.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve People processes, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of AI applications, data analytics, automation, and AI-driven ways of working.
- Knowledge of organizational development, workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management practices.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR and Lever is preferred.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and think ahead.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
