Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leaders on org design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and change management
- Coach managers on hiring, feedback, performance management, and team effectiveness
- Support talent reviews, promotions, employee relations matters, and organizational changes
- Collaborate with Talent, Compensation, People Ops, RevOps, and Finance to support hiring and lifecycle processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience
- experience supporting GTM or revenue organizations in high-growth SaaS/tech
- strong business acumen
- experience in performance management, org design, talent planning, leadership coaching
- analytical with data-driven mindset
- excellent communicator with ownership mindset
- AI-curious or AI-fluent
