Express Sales Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Express Sales Assistant for Onninen Mega Express in Rovaniemi on a fixed-term full-time contract until 31 December 2027 to ensure that the store experience exceeds customers’ expectations. The temporary contract reflects the non-finalized status of the new store. Your role will be to provide customer service and sales support in the Express store, work proactively with customers and products to make daily store visits smooth, participate in product management and display, and help implement campaigns. You will be at the forefront of Finnish retail, and at K-group and Onninen you will have opportunities to develop in customer service and retail expertise. We expect: interest in technical wholesale; a positive service attitude and sales mindset; fluent Finnish; solid IT basics; willingness to take responsibility and learn new things. Desirable: experience in store work; knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical products; knowledge of workwear and tools; familiarity with local contractor customers.
