Our daycare is an 8-group unit, two of which are pre-primary groups. Our daycare operates in connection with Vantaa International School and we have a maximum of 154 children. As a special education teacher in early childhood education, you are responsible for assessing children's support needs, planning and implementing support, and evaluating the implementation of support in cooperation with other early childhood education staff. In the position, you support and guide the development of an inclusive operational culture in the operational unit together with the daycare director. You participate in guiding the processes of planning and evaluating support and evaluating the targeting of support. Pedagogical expertise and close cooperation with different stakeholders are emphasized in the work. In addition, 15 eur/month is paid for a degree meeting the eligibility requirements for an early childhood education teacher, and 37.88 eur/month for a Master of Education. A work experience supplement based on previous work experience is 3-8 %.
