Lathe and Turning Machine Operator

CNC lathe operator position in Pirkkala, Finland. We are looking for a CNC lathe operator for a long-term temporary position in a modern workshop environment where parts are machined from soft materials with varying batch sizes. The role suits someone who already has experience in CNC machining or a strong motivation to learn more in practice. Responsibilities include turning for soft materials, machine setup and tool changes, measurement and quality assurance during production, and ensuring smooth production flow. Requirements include experience with CNC machining or relevant training, precise and careful work approach, ability to work independently and in a team, willingness to work shifts, and interest in developing machining skills.
