FORCIT is a leading manufacturer of explosives and defense systems and provider of related services. The group employs over 800 people. We are looking for an Electrical and Automation Engineer to Hanko to support maintenance and development of production in a changing manufacturing environment. In this role you will ensure production capability and support growth, working at the interface of maintenance and production development projects, responsible for the operation of production equipment and automation systems. The role combines industrial electricity, automation and long-term maintenance. Forcit Defence is carrying out significant modernization of production and automation. You will participate in testing and commissioning of new systems and hand them over to maintenance after commissioning, develop maintenance of existing systems towards preventive directions and promote use of measurement data for monitoring machine condition. You will act as a link between maintenance and production development projects and work closely with automation specialists, electricians and production. The position does not include supervisory responsibilities, but you will participate in planning, scheduling and resource coordination together with other parts of the organization.
