We are looking for an enthusiastic early years education teacher to join Kielon päiväkoti in Vantaa. The role involves listening to both children and their guardians with sensitivity, contributing to an innovative, supportive and collaborative work community that values warmth, professional conduct and teamwork. We emphasize meeting the child and family in a genuine, unhurried way and tailor activities to each child’s needs with sensitivity. You will contribute to meaningful daily routines for children, with opportunities for shared activities, learning and curiosity, in collaboration with the group and the team. The day-care is located in Vantaa, in the Viertola district in a newly completed facility with good transport links; it is part of a service unit that includes Lauhatien day-care. Our learning environment expands beyond the day-care setting to include outdoor trips and activities that support environmental education. The team works in a three-educator model. We value an open attitude toward the diversity of children and families; knowledge of a foreign language is an appreciated asset.
