We are expanding Kultapalat and looking for new and reliable Kultapalat family day care providers in Lahti. Our warm-hearted team opens their homes to children who form their first relationships with adults outside their own family. Secure and high-quality early education is a child’s right, and we want to enable it with your help! Kultapalat family day care providers work with a maximum of four children per group. A small group size enables many activities during the day, and you decide the day’s activities. We provide the framework, but you keep the freedom to shape your work. In addition to freedom in work, the income from the job is on average about €3,000 per month when you have four children in your care, and you accrue seven weeks of vacation per year. The work is done as a franchising entrepreneur within the Kultapalat chain. Do not be deterred by the word entrepreneur; we have prepared everything for you. You do not need to know anything about running a business as long as you approach early childhood education with passion and get along well with our adults too. With us you can raise your income, plan your caregiving days yourself, and share warm, meaningful memories with the little gems you care for. We expect: day care center experience; suitable education (early childhood education degree, practical nurse, social services student, early childhood education teacher); a safe and clean home; clean criminal record and trustworthy credit; a desire to renew early childhood education; good interpersonal skills; cooking ability.
