The work centers on maintenance and repair of household appliances at customers’ location. Daily work is highly independent, and we seek a person who thrives in varied situations and takes responsibility for their work. Responsibilities include: troubleshooting, maintenance and repair at customer sites; working in the field with a service vehicle, autonomously but with support; advising customers and handling service encounters. We expect technical training (e.g., electrical or automation field); experience in maintenance, installation, or field work with household appliances; very good independent work ethic and problem-solving skills; customer orientation and good interpersonal skills; driving license B (C license is an advantage).
