Active Business Collaboration: Actively engage and communicate with business units to discover automation opportunities, understand business needs, and build optimal solutions that maximize operational value. Hands-on Development: Develop, implement, and maintain Intelligent Automation solutions in cooperation with key stakeholders to improve processes and increase efficiency with measurable results. Solution-Oriented Problem Solving: Take a proactive, outgoing approach to designing innovative and practical automation solutions. Standardization & Best Practices: Work with other Neste Intelligent Automation teams, Business Analysts, and developers to define and continuously improve automation standards and ways of working. Documentation & Quality: Create and maintain process documentations, Solution Design Documents (SDD), and technical documentations according to defined Neste standards. Testing & Monitoring: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal customers and monitor automations after deployment. Continuous Learning: Follow up on developments in automation technologies and share knowledge with the team. Agile Ways of Working: Attend relevant Scrum meetings and commit to Sprint deliverables.

Requirements
- B.Sc. level degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Process Development
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
