We are seeking reliable and compassionate practical nurses to join our warm and skilled team in providing in-home pediatric care in a rotating 3-shift schedule. You will work at the child’s home as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside a nurse and a supervisor. Your role focuses on building trust with the family, enabling calm, individualized, and truly present nursing. You will help support the child and family in daily life within their home, ensuring safe, smooth, and person-centered routines. Requirements include a practical nurse qualification, vaccination protection under communicable disease act, current medication administration studies (could complete them with us), and proficient Finnish language skills. Prior home care, working with children, and demanding in-home rounds are valued.
