Banking Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities in the team: advise customers by phone about bank services and products (no cold calls); open and administer personal payment accounts; assist customers with payments: instant and international transfers, e-banking; administer debit and credit cards – issuing, changing, limits and advice; advise customers on savings solutions: savings and term deposits; handle deposits arrangement, administration and renewal; resolve daily financial situations and collaborate with other bank units; contribute to process and service improvements; participate in sales targets with the team by offering the most suitable solutions. What we expect: you are responsible, proactive and customer-oriented; able to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment; good communication skills; eager to learn and grow; strong Lithuanian and English language skills.
