Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a part-time customer service representative for our Jyväskylä store. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic colleague to join our team as a buyer and seller of precious metals. The position is part-time, so it is suitable for a student as well. The base location is Jyväskylä store. No prior experience in metals is required – we will train you! The key is the desire to learn and enjoy working with customers. Responsibilities include buying and selling precious metals in-store. Working hours: Fri 10-17, Sat 10-15; may include additional hours. Required skills and attributes: willingness to learn and become an expert in precious metals; driver’s license (B); credit information must be clean and will be checked; clean background; English language skills.
