Resource Childcare Assistant

We are seeking a Resource Childcare Assistant for the Swedish-language day care centers Håkansböle and Trollebo in Vanda. You will provide children with safety, care and support in daily routines, work across all groups to support pedagogical teams, and collaborate with multiprofessional partners. You will help develop an inclusive, sustainable service culture across the unit and participate in activities focused on language, play and wellbeing for children. Requirements include strong teamwork, and calm, respectful communication with children, colleagues and guardians, and responding to each child’s individual needs. The position is full-time with a 38 h 15 min work week; employment type is temporary with terms per the municipal collective agreement.
