About the role
Lead a full-funnel growth engine and build AI-powered workflows for marketing operations. This is an IC role, not a large team lead; you will own the system that optimizes spend, tests, and learns. You will work with data science and DE partners and partner with brand marketing for creative direction. In-office requirement at Foster City, CA 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel performance marketing across paid search and social, ASO, and lifecycle
- Build a self-improving creative engine using AI-driven ad generation, testing, and iteration
- Maintain a persistent knowledge layer that compounds insights
- Own conversion signal quality end-to-end
- Run a structured experimentation program
- Automate performance reporting and alerting
- Build geo-differentiated strategies across market tiers
- Build system that allocates spend and prioritizes tests
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing across at least two major paid channels (search, social, ASO, or programmatic)
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered marketing workflows
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and signal quality
- Data-literate: SQL, dashboards, and statistical rigor
- Track record managing significant budgets with ROI accountability
- Strong experimentation instincts
