Terminal Worker

Job title: Terminal Worker in Mantorp, Sweden. We are expanding our team in the heart of our operations – the production terminals. Each day packages arrive to be sorted and delivered to customers, and some packages are repackaged and sent to other cities. Responsibilities include ensuring the operation runs smoothly during daytime and evening shifts, and making sure goods enter and leave the terminal on schedule. The role is part-time at 50% with shifts that may vary between 06:00–14:00 according to a schedule across all days of the week. We operate under a collective agreement to ensure fair conditions for all involved, promote a positive work environment and invest in our employees’ well-being. About you: you are punctual and precise, with a positive attitude, a natural problem-solver who enjoys new challenges. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You have experience in warehousing or logistics; you are a strong team player, enjoy working in a physical role, and you are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
