System Engineer

Your role – system responsibility from requirements to verification As a System Engineer / System Safety Engineer, you have overall responsibility for the system level in our projects. You work in environments where requirements are high, regulations are clear, and the consequences of decisions are significant. Since we work across office boundaries, we do not need to limit ourselves to finding the right person for the right place, so we are simply looking for the right person — who has the opportunity to work from the office closest to you! Your tasks include: Developing and managing system requirements and ensuring traceability throughout the development chain Defining and further developing system architecture and design for complex technical solutions Coordinating and leading integration between hardware, software, and systems Driving and following up on verification and validation, including requirements fulfillment and test results Ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and long-term sustainable Working closely with other specialists and translating operational and safety requirements into functional technical solutions. Who we are looking for The role suits someone with several years of experience in system work in complex project environments and who enjoys responsibility, structure, and technical depth. We see that you have: Solid experience in systems engineering in larger, technically complex projects Practical work with requirements breakdown, architecture, integration, and verification/validation Ability to see and manage the whole across multiple technical disciplines Experience working methodically and quality-driven in regulated environments A Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent competence acquired through experience The position may require approved security clearance according to the Security Protection Act.
