Property caretaker

Open application for property maintenance workers to serve client companies in the Helsinki region and Uusimaa. Work may include property maintenance, maintenance and repair tasks, outdoor area upkeep, inspections of technical systems, and daily operational reliability at client sites. Please indicate in your application your previous experience and preferred working hours. Employment is available both part-time and full-time. We expect: experience in property maintenance or building upkeep; B-driver's license – own car is a plus but not required; basic technical understanding; good interpersonal skills; proactive and responsible attitude.
