HCM Product Manager

Would you like to help develop the strategic IT capabilities of Finland’s largest healthcare operator? We are recruiting an HCM Product Manager for a permanent position in HUS IT, in the HR and Finance System Services responsibility unit. HUS IT is an active developer and adopter of new innovations in healthcare. IT is a HUS business unit and provides information system solutions and services to the HUS Group, its partners, and its subsidiary and associated companies. We use Oracle Fusion Cloud, which includes human capital management (HCM), finance (FINA) and supply chain management (SCM). As HCM Product Manager, you will plan and develop the HR area of the shared enterprise resource planning system delivered by IT, organise service support, and plan communications and training together with the business. HUS is actively renewing its administrative information system services in the coming years, and the HCM Product Manager will also be responsible for introducing and developing new services and evaluating products. The role also includes project and service-production management and active cooperation with various stakeholders. We are looking for an innovative team player who can understand and manage technical details and user needs as a whole. In practice, your workdays will consist of developing HR systems, assessing development proposals, coordinating ongoing services, and close cooperation with suppliers and different stakeholders. To succeed in the role, you need: - Experience in developing ERP systems and related technologies - Knowledge of HR - Experience in project and service management in a changing environment - Experience leading change and managing suppliers - An initiative-taking, active and practical approach, with a customer-oriented service attitude - Problem-solving and teamwork skills - Presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure - General methodological skills in documentation, quality, project and process work - Experience in a multi-supplier environment - Experience preparing matters for different bodies and customer groups We appreciate: - Knowledge of the healthcare operating environment - Experience providing cloud services to customers - Knowledge of cloud technologies - Experience in public procurement and public-sector practices - Knowledge of agile methods (Lean, Scrum, Kanban) - Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL or equivalent) and project-management certifications (IPMA or equivalent) - The ability to prepare high-quality plans to support decision-making Our office is conveniently located in Helsinki. We work in a hybrid model, and remote work is possible two to three days per week when duties allow. The position-specific salary is €4,559.96 per month, plus possible experience-based and other supplements. Work can begin on 23 November 2026 or by agreement.
