Responsibilities
- Manage financial administration and reporting
- Coordinate external accounting with the accounting firm
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable and payments
- Coordinate monthly and year-end closing
- Provide management reporting and budgeting
- Analyze financial position and monitoring
- Prepare board materials and minutes
- Prepare financial background calculations for decision support
- Coordinate contracts, insurance and regulatory matters
- Maintain Procountor and provide user support
Requirements
- Experience in financial administration, especially external accounting (bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, closing)
- Understanding of internal accounting, budgeting, and management reporting
- Willingness to act as secretary to the board and handle administrative tasks
- Good Finnish and English language skills
